Job summary

Engineeringjobs.net, Inc. seeks an experienced mechanical engineer to plan and support major wind asset interventions, including inspections, troubleshooting and validation of critical components.

You will lead or support failure investigations and drive reliability improvements across North American sites. The role requires five years of wind O&M experience, data interpretation skills, travel, and a valid driver's license and passport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• At least five years of wind turbine operations and maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret inspection and condition-monitoring data.
• Willing to travel frequently and hold a valid driver's license and passport.

Job description

Lead or support failure investigations, improve maintenance practices and reliability, and share technical standards and lessons learned across North American sites.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least five years of wind turbine operations and maintenance experience, with strong knowledge of turbine mechanical systems and rotating equipment failure mechanisms. Candidates should be able to interpret inspection and condition-monitoring data, support field interventions and root cause analyses, communicate technical guidance, travel frequently, and hold a valid driver's license and passport.
