Zusammenfassung

ENGIE North America is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to improve reliability and performance of a large wind and solar asset fleet across the United States and Canada.

The role focuses on root cause analyses, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost turbine availability while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, OEMs, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in reliability/operations engineering for utility-scale wind assets.
• Experience with RCA investigations and corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Identify opportunities to improve asset reliability and performance across NA wind fleet.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement preventive actions.
• Assess wind turbine condition using inspections, SCADA, and data analysis.
• Develop repair strategies, retrofits, and maintenance improvements.
• Create and standardize engineering documentation and metrics.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams, OEMs, and contractors.
