Qualifications

3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
Experience in wind turbines, industrial, or automotive electrical systems.
Ability to read work instructions and electrical schematics.
Crane operator certification is required; ability to pass respiratory fit test.
Willingness to obtain relevant electrical safety certifications.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve procedures.
Support other production areas and participate in audits and continuous improvement.
