Nordex Manufacturing in West Branch, IA is seeking a Wind Turbine Wiring Technician to build and install electrical components within nacelles and hubs. You will read schematics and wiring diagrams, route harnesses, and verify functionality using calibrated test gear on a fast-paced production line.

The role requires 3+ years of electrical assembly experience, crane certification, and fluency in English. A signing bonus and relocation support are offered and ongoing safety training is provided.

Qualificações

• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• 3+ years electrical assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Overhead crane experience with certification required.
• Proficient with multimeters, crimpers, and diagnostic instruments.
• Willing to earn electrical safety credentials and pass a fit test.

Responsabilidades

• Build and install electrical components within nacelles and hubs.
• Lay out, route, and secure harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
• Verify continuity and functionality with calibrated test gear.
• Keep work area clean and compliant to minimize risk and injuries.
• Hit production targets and help the team exceed benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to refine procedures and documentation.
