Sky Climber Renewables is seeking an entry-level Wind Service Technician for the TOP Wind Technician Development Program (TOP). Technicians will receive exclusive GWO‑accredited safety and technical training and operate as part of a service team to maintain wind turbine generators at sites near home.

The role requires physical fitness, climbing, and willingness to travel up to 25% while supporting a focused, safety‑driven work environment.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Sky Climber does not provide sponsorships).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely.
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment.
• Accurately document all work performed.
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
