Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is seeking an entry-level TOP Wind Service Technician to join our Wind Technician Development Program in the United States. You will receive exclusive safety and technical training accredited through GWO and work with a service team to maintain wind turbine generators at sites near home.

You will report to the Program Manager and Site Manager, performing preventive and corrective maintenance while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely.
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment.
• Accurately document all work performed.
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate’s degree in a technical mechanical field or wind energy discipline
