The role requires physical fitness and the ability to work at heights, with potential relocation and travel up to 30%. The position is entry-level with required driving and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience or high school diploma preferred.
• Physically and mentally able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Must pass a physical exam and pre-hire drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshoot, and replace parts on wind turbines.
• Complete detailed service records and use parts as needed.
• Relocate if necessary; work site management and safety communication.
