GE Vernova seeks a Wind Technician to support on-site turbine operations across the hub with local travel. You will work with site leadership to meet contract requirements, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, and document all work.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year wind tech experience or wind-related cert/associate degree, and basic computer skills. Willingness to rotate shifts and travel as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year wind technician experience or wind certificate program/associate degree in energy, or 2 years electrical work experience.
• Passing a Technical Knowledge Assessment and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with site & hub leadership to execute obligations per customer requirements.
• Perform maintenance, repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on turbines.
• Assist in site operations with minimal supervision and safety compliance.
• Perform diagnostic electrical analysis.
• Document all work using service reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with GE’s remote operations center when needed.
