Technicians will climb towers, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, perform repairs, inspections, and report writing, while adhering to safety procedures in varying

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related maintenance experience.
• Active GWO Basic Safety Training certificate, preferred.
• Experience around heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems knowledge of turbines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-driven with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety briefings and Job Safety Analyses.
• Inspect tools and equipment for safe operation.
• Inspect turbine towers for exterior integrity.
• Climb towers to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair turbine equipment.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Test electrical components and systems.
• Replace worn or malfunctioning components as needed.
• Follow maintenance manuals and SOPs.
• Complete written and electronic work reports accurately.
• Maintain end-of-day housekeeping standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
