Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. seeks a Wind Technician I to inspect, troubleshoot, install components and repair wind turbines and associated systems in Rush Springs, Oklahoma.

The role involves planned maintenance, safe work practices, and collaboration with senior technicians to restore turbines to service. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year experience, be able to pass a climber fitness test, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year related experience.
• Climber fitness test required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time to other sites in the US as needed.
• Willingness to work long hours and respond to site emergencies, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to maximize generation.
• Install, test, maintain and troubleshoot minor components and assist with major components.
• Complete LOTO, JSA, and job-specific documentation for safe maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and return turbines to service.
• Use electrical test equipment and document maintenance records.
