Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking Wind Turbine Technicians to inspect, troubleshoot, install and repair wind turbines and related components.

The role requires following manuals and schematics, performing planned maintenance and assisting higher-level technicians to restore turbines to service. Responsibilities include completing scheduled maintenance, installing and testing components, performing electrical calculations, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and related experience
• Ability to read manuals and schematics
• Experience with electrical testing tools and calibration equipment
• Familiarity with MS Office, SQL Server and diagnostics software
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work varied shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems to maximize generation
• Install, test, maintain and troubleshoot minor components; assist with major components
• Calculate current and voltage as needed
• Document maintenance and repair activities with reports and records
• Complete LOTO, JSA and site documentation for safe maintenance and repairs
