Qualifications

• Wind Site Technician role requiring maintenance, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution.
• Requires 6 months Wind Technician certificate or 1 year wind turbine experience or 2 years mechanical/electrical experience.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to work in a team.
• English reading and speaking required.
• Valid driver’s license and legal work status in the US.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and track task duration and efficiency.
• Time code all work activities for tracking and accountability.
