The role requires a Wind Technician certificate or wind turbine experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and English literacy. Base pay ranges $28.25–$33.43 per hour with a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Wind technician certificate or wind turbine experience required.
• Mechanical or electrical field experience acceptable as alternative.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Follow safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and track task duration and efficiency.
• Accurately time code all work activities for reporting purposes.
