Qualifications

• 6 months with Wind Technician certificate or 1 year wind turbine experience or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.

• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
• English language proficiency and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance.
• Document work and improve operational processes.
• Time-code all activities to track duration, progress and efficiency.
