The candidate should have a ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, 5–8 years of industry experience, and EIT certification with PE preferred. AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in the A&E industry.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform all aspects of civil design for utility-scale renewable projects.
• Provide leadership, management, and mentorship for the design team.
• Define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver projects successfully.
• Prepare and support project proposals and budgets.
• Identify revenue opportunities and participate in business development.
• Maintain ongoing client communication and QA/QC goals.
