Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Wind Project Assistant in the Renewables Division to ensure data integrity, document management, and best-practice implementation on projects.

You will support Project Managers on billable and non-billable work, with opportunities for project management training and development. The role focuses on data accuracy in Deltek Vantagepoint, coordination of proposals, and preparation of project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job-related experiences and training.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data within the Deltek Vantagepoint database system.
• Collaborate with Corporate Services and Project Managers on contracts, proposals, and prequalifications.
• Coordinate production of proposals based on direction from Project Managers.
• Track project performance using various tools and project reports.
• Process work orders, task orders, and statements of qualification including signatures.
• Provide document backup for invoicing and collections.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and document proceedings with follow-up on action items.
• Proofread proposals and reports for consistency and grammar.
• Support licensure efforts and state compliance requirements.
• Perform transmittals, printing, and scanning.
