Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Technical Leader within the Onshore Wind Systems Engineering organization.

You will provide leadership and technical direction for the Project Engineering team, acting as the primary liaison between engineering and project management, supply chain, site teams, customers, and subcontractors to ensure all equipment and software deliverables are completed with digital thread integrity up to commercial operation date.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering and technology experience with strong technical leadership
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution of wind projects from bid to completion
• Serve as liaison between engineering, project management, supply chain, site team, customers and subcontractors
• Provide technical direction and issue resolution for OTR-related issues
• Drive process improvements and standardization in project execution
• Coordinate resources and communicate progress to stakeholders
