Job summary

AES US is seeking a seasoned Team Leader, Plant Operations to supervise wind farm maintenance and safety at West Camp Wind Farm in Holbrook, AZ. This role reports directly to the Mountain West Regional Wind Manager and demands strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating site maintenance, managing contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, NERC, CAISO), and shaping the facility's operating budget.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in wind generation or related tech fields, with leadership experience.
• Experience with wind farm operations, maintenance, and safety management.
• Proficient in CMMS (SAP) and safety standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure maintenance and regulatory compliance at the facility.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for maintenance, repair, and warranty work.
• Maintain 24/7 emergency response for the facility and manage budget oversight.
