Job summary

The AES Corporation is seeking a hands-on Wind Farm Maintenance Manager to lead the Chevelon Butte Wind Farm operations near Winslow, AZ. You will manage maintenance schedules, equipment reliability, safety programs, and budget oversight.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance/operations, wind turbine experience (Vestas a plus), and strong leadership and communication, with SAP CMMS and SCADA familiarity. Willingness to travel and work irregular hours is required.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in plant maintenance or operations.
• Experience with wind generation and wind turbine systems preferred.
• Experience with SAP CMMS and SCADA systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual requirements and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and warranties at the wind facility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, NERC, CAISO, and environmental standards.
• Source and manage third‑party contractors; maintain site safety and operating budgets.
