Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik seeks a Site Coordinator to support the Site Manager and regional teams. You will oversee inventory, check in/out parts and tooling, calendar travel, and manage high-priority workflows and approvals.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year on-site wind farm experience, valid driver's license, and ability to read safety instructions. You will interact with multiple teams, maintain electronic records, and help prepare weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience on-site at a wind farm.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, follow safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support for tooling and spare parts movements.
• Assist technicians with all service orders, timesheets, and expenses.
• Compile weekly functional area reporting data and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Utilize technology to maintain electronic records and other digital documentation.
• Check daily service orders, reports, and timesheets for accuracy.
• Organize and track inventory for the wind farm.
• Interact positively with internal and external teams.
• Anticipate needs of the Site Manager and provide support.
