Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a highly capable reliability and capital projects coordinator for wind-energy assets across 16 sites.

You will lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination to ensure successful project execution. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical failures, coordinating with operations managers and reliability engineers while managing financial tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; ABET-accredited preferred.
• Strong project management experience across multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Engage with stakeholders; collaborate across teams and sites.
• Engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical) preferred; valid driver's license.
• 10+ years wind turbine/wind energy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage reliability and capital projects across wind assets.
• Coordinate fleet initiatives across multiple wind farms.
• Handle financial management, scheduling, planning, and contractor coordination.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure effective project execution.
• Support planning, financial tracking, and field-office communications.
• Occasional travel to wind farm sites; coordinate with operators and engineers.
