Job summary

HireTalent in Minnesota is seeking an E&C Engineer to support capital improvement, reliability, and infrastructure projects across utility-scale wind facilities. This role blends engineering expertise with project management to drive safe, on-time, on-budget execution.

You will coordinate with operations, engineers, contractors, purchasing, accounting, and project controls; develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and project documentation; and provide troubleshooting for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
• 2–10 years of engineering experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with project management and business systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital improvement and reliability projects for wind generation facilities.
• Coordinate with operations teams, engineers, contractors, purchasing, accounting, and project controls.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and project documentation.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions for mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure projects stay on budget.
• Oversee contractor activities and ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Support project planning, design reviews, construction activities, and project closeout.
