Xcel Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to guide a safe, high performing team across multiple sites and functions. You will drive daily operations, implement process improvements, and align work with corporate goals and reliability metrics.

You will also manage budgets, develop workforce planning, and foster internal and external collaboration to meet safety, productivity, and customer service targets. Hybrid work is supported with onsite expectations.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in design, construction, operations or maintenance of utility systems/power generation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with union labor agreements and regulatory standards.
• Ability to lead safety improvements and drive performance metrics.
• Strong communication to guide company and area strategies.
• Experience with asset management and analytics/reporting tools.
