Job summary

ERM is seeking a Construction Site Manager to support wind energy projects in Texas. This full-time, 12-month role emphasizes on-site leadership, safety, and coordination of Owner personnel and contractors to ensure schedule and budget compliance.

The position requires a strong track record in construction management, with Wind energy experience and Procore proficiency. Travel across a broad area and late nights may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as Construction Manager or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Wind energy projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s Representative coordinating Owner personnel on-site during construction.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities to align with schedule and contract requirements.
• Supervise and mentor managers; monitor activities and provide leadership.
• Report on productivity and schedule performance to the Owner’s Project Manager.
• Take actions to meet project budget and schedule and implement schedule recovery plans.
