Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) seeks a Construction Site Manager (Field Based) to oversee wind energy project construction in a full-time, 12-month assignment.

The role requires coordinating Owner personnel on site, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality compliance with contract terms. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, a related degree, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a Construction Manager, preferably in wind energy projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Proficient with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Procore for project controls.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating on-site construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Owner personnel on-site including safety and environmental staff.
• Manage on-site construction activities to meet schedule and contract requirements.
• Supervise managers and mentor staff; report weekly to the Owner's PM.
• Direct schedule recovery actions and close-out punch lists with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and enforce quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients; travel as needed.
