Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in construction management and 3–5 years of leadership experience in industrial settings, with proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience as construction or project manager or related leadership role.
• Technical background in substations, electrical instrumentation, hydraulics or rotating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety practices and ensure site safety for workers, customers, subcontractors, and public.
• Monitor schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with customer and partners to foster loyalty and project success.
• Oversee budget development and cost efficiency to drive low cost per MWh.
• Ensure accurate site documentation for billing and reporting.
• Coach and develop junior site leaders and technicians.
