EDF power solutions is hiring Renewable Energy Technicians for roles from entry to expert across wind, PV, and BESS assets. Hybrid work supports multiple sites in the South Region, with a mandatory 3–4 week training in Albert Lea, MN, and a home site in Slate Creek, Geuda Springs KS.

Roles emphasize safety, maintenance, and operation with on-call rotations for levels 2–5, and opportunities for career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for all Technician levels.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with schematics and test instrumentation such as multi-meters.
• Understanding of NEC/OSHA safety standards and electrical safety.
• Willingness to learn and develop renewable energy technical skills.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to safety protocols and lead safety assessments.
• Maintain company property and complete daily logs and work orders.
• Attend required safety and technical training.
• Support site budget and asset integrity through efficient work.
• Tech levels 2–5 participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
