Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a strategic execution partner to shape and execute the Wind EHS agenda using Lean management. The role leads the transformation of the EHS operating system, driving discipline, alignment, and continuous improvement across the global portfolio.

You will back up the Wind EHS Leader, accelerate key initiatives, and oversee the Safety Governance Council to drive enterprise-wide EHS management system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience establishing and leading governance councils or operating mechanisms.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience developing metrics and dashboards to drive performance.
• Experience designing Lean Management Systems or operating mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear standard work.
• Strong change management experience in Lean environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Lean Management System with Hoshin Kanri and visual metrics.
• Establish operating cadence with monthly/quarterly rhythms.
• Drive standard work across EHS processes for repeatable, safe operations.
• Lead annual breakthrough objectives via Hoshin Kanri.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Projects, Service, Lean, Quality, Compliance, and IT.
• Build relationships across functions and regions for alignment.
• Define and monitor KPIs for strategic initiatives and EHS performance.
• Design dashboards and executive materials for leadership reviews.
• Lead communication, training, and change management plans.
• Coordinate multiple strategic workstreams and major initiatives.
• Apply Lean thinking and A3/8D problem solving to improve processes.
