Job summary

Olin seeks an Winchester Systems Analyst Intern to support IT with system updates, documentation, and testing focused on accurate business processes. You will lead multiple projects, document SAP changes, assist with UAT, and maintain process documentation.

Requires enrollment in Cybersecurity/Networking/CS programs, 3.0+ GPA, sophomore credits completed, and a 40-hour/week commitment with no remote work. Housing stipend is available.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Cybersecurity, Networking, or Computer Science.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale; official transcript required each term.
• Exposure to SAP and/or Cyber concepts preferred.
• Must have completed sophomore year (60 credits) prior to first rotation.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during rotation; not eligible for virtual work.
• Must possess a valid US Driver's license.

Salary: $30.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students

Focus: The Winchester Systems Analyst Intern supports the IT team with system updates, documentation, and testing to help maintain accurate and efficient business processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need.
• Help document and test SAP changes, enhancements, and break-fixes across modules
• Assist with user acceptance testing and ensure updates follow identified change control procedures
• Maintain process documentation and support communication between IT and business groups

What You’ll Bring:

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Cybersecurity, Networking, or Computer Science degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
• Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
• Exposure to SAP and/or Cyber concepts preferred
• Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) during rotation; Not eligible for virtual work
• Must possess a valid US Driver's license
