Job summary

Olin Corporation is seeking a Winchester Systems Analyst Intern in Clayton, MO. The role supports the IT team with system updates, documentation, and testing to maintain accurate business processes.

You will lead at least three hands-on projects, document SAP changes, and assist with user acceptance testing. Candidates must be enrolled in a cybersecurity, networking, or CS program, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and provide official transcripts each term.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in college/university in cybersecurity, networking or CS.
• Must maintain GPA 3.0+ at all times during internship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during rotation.
• Document and test SAP changes, enhancements, and break-fixes across modules.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and ensure change-control procedures are followed.
• Maintain process documentation and support IT-business communications.

Education

Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, or Computer Science

Sophomore year completed (60 credits) before first rotation

GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale at all times

Official transcript required each term

Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) during rotation

Valid US driver's license

Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship)

Title: Winchester Systems Analyst Intern

Location: Clayton, MO

Salary: $30.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students

Focus:

The Winchester Systems Analyst Intern supports the IT team with system updates, documentation, and testing to help maintain accurate and efficient business processes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a minimum of three hands‑on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need.
• Help document and test SAP changes, enhancements, and break-fixes across modules
• Assist with user acceptance testing and ensure updates follow identified change control procedures
• Maintain process documentation and support communication between IT and business groups

What You'll Bring:

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Cybersecurity, Networking, or Computer Science degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
• Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin.
• An official transcript will be required each term.
• Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
• Exposure to SAP and/or Cyber concepts preferred
• Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) during rotation; Not eligible for virtual work
• Must possess a valid US Driver's license*
