Job summary

AllIn Hospitality Group in Winchester, VA is seeking friendly servers to join our restaurant group. You will provide extraordinary guest service, educate guests on menus, and help maintain flow during high-volume periods.

We offer hourly pay plus tips, with both part-time and full-time roles. A minimum of 2 years serving experience and TIPS certification or willingness to obtain it are required. Join our team and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

Servers will have oversite of floor service operations during their shift.

Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):

• Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business
• Bringing salesmanship opportunities to each guest interaction
• Being a "menu expert" and be able to educate guests on our bar and food menus effectively
• Excelling with time management and steps of service
• Assist with maintaining clean and well-stocked areas during service, including pre-bussing
• Contributing to prep and stocking while monitoring waste and product management
• Completing checklists to ensure all food and beverage safety compliances
• Setting up the restaurant for success daily

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years current serving experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar
• Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
• Detailed oriented
• Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
• Must be, or willing to be, TIPS certified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations
• Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
• Strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to guest services

Pay: Hourly + Tips
Hours: Part Time and Full Time
