AllIn Hospitality Group in Winchester, VA is seeking attentive servers to join our dynamic restaurant group across The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria and All In Catering. Earn hourly pay plus tips in both part-time and full-time roles, with a welcoming team and opportunities to grow within a vibrant dining environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of serving experience, strong guest-service skills, and a willingness to be TIPS certified to promote safe, responsible

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years current serving experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
• Strong organizational skills to manage restaurant needs.
• Detail oriented and positive attitude.
• Must be or willing to be TIPS certified with responsible alcohol service knowledge.
• Excellent communication to inspire consistency and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles.
• Identify sales opportunities during guest interactions.
• Educate guests on bar and food menus as a menu expert.
• Maintain time management and steps of service.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and pre-bussing as needed.
• Contribute to waste and product management; monitor usage.
• Complete checklists to ensure food and beverage safety compliance.
• Set up the restaurant for daily success.

All are conveniently located in the Uptown neighborhood on Wealthy Street. Food brings us together. Hospitality keeps us around. Authenticity and eclectic food and beverage innovation sets us apart. Our unique taste is paired with unparalleled customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Servers will have oversight of floor service operations during their shift.

Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):

• Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business
• Bringing salesmanship opportunities to each guest interaction
• Being a "menu expert" and be able to educate guests on our bar and food menus effectively
• Excelling with time management and steps of service
• Assist with maintaining clean and well‑stocked areas during service, including pre‑bussing
• Contributing to prep and stocking while monitoring waste and product management
• Completing checklists to ensure all food and beverage safety compliances
• Setting up the restaurant for success daily

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years current serving experience in a high‑volume restaurant/bar
• Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
• Detailed oriented
• Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
• Must be, or willing to be, TIPS certified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations
• Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
• Strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to guest services

Reports To: General Manager

Pay: Hourly + Tips

Hours: Part Time and Full Time
