You will partner with the Site Leader to drive workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations across a diverse hourly and salaried population.

You will lead two direct reports, champion workforce capability, and apply FLIGHT DECK and Lean methodologies to enable scalable execution while ensuring safety and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations, or related area(s).
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean, FLIGHT DECK, or other continuous improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic workforce planning for the site, including staffing plans and headcount forecasting.
  • Partner with the Site Leader to define and execute site people priorities and business objectives.
  • Direct a small HR team and ensure accountability and effective execution of HR priorities.
  • Apply Lean/FLIGHT DECK methodologies to improve performance and reduce variation.
