Qualifications

Job Description Summary

Responsible for supporting and maintaining critical applications and related data processing platforms and services. Owns and is accountable for application and platform SLA's against operational commitments Owns application security & compliance ensuring application & data integrity

Roles and Responsibilities

• In this role, you will: Lead daily operations and support critical enterprise applications across production and non-production environments.
• Monitor application availability, health, capacity, batch processing, interfaces, and performance to ensure service reliability.
• Act as the senior escalation point for high-severity incidents, application outages, and complex production issues.
• Drive structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Coordinate and support application deployments, patches, upgrades, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.
• Partner with software engineering teams to improve application supportability, resiliency, observability, and operational readiness.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve support documentation, standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting, tooling, and workflow automation.
• Support change management, release management, and environment governance processes to reduce operational risk.
• Investigate issues across application layers including code behavior, APIs, middleware, integrations, databases, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Work with cybersecurity and compliance stakeholders to ensure applications meet security, audit, backup, access, and recovery requirements.
• Analyze operational trends, recurring incidents, alert patterns, and service metrics to recommend and implement improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand critical processes, support priorities, and operational impacts.
• Mentor less experienced team members and promote strong technical and operational practices across the team.
• Support on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required for critical business applications.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Application Operations

The base pay range for this position is $112,000 to $160,000 annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 28th, 2026.
