Job summary

GE Aerospace in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Lead to oversee a team of hourly associates on multiple shifts. You will drive safety, quality, production, and cost goals while mentoring staff and coordinating with maintenance and technical resources.

You will lead daily activities, foster strong communication, and ensure adherence to company policies. The role requires adaptability and hands-on leadership in a high-demand manufacturing environment.

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift 2:30pm - 10:30pm & 3pm - 11pm


• 3rd Shift 10:30pm - 6:30am & 11pm - 7pm


• 4th Weekend 6:30am - 6:30pm


• 5th Weekend 6:30pm - 6:30am

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma


• Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience


• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and influence others


• Effective problem-solving skills in a team environment


• Adaptability to changing roles, responsibilities, and priorities

Desired Qualifications

• Machining experience


• Experience managing shop operations

This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations, working with chemicals, and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
