Job summary

LCBC Church in Willow Street is seeking a Willow Street Guest Experience Director to lead hospitality, recruit and develop volunteer teams, and create welcoming environments that help people encounter Jesus.

You will oversee the Attendee Onboarding Process, cast vision for guest experience, and collaborate with campus leadership as part of a dynamic church community.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace for hospitality and customer service locally.
• Build and develop strong volunteer teams: recruit, train, equip, empower, and sustain.
• Create inviting and warm environments; vision cast constantly.
• Oversee Attendee Onboarding Process.
• Lead and give oversight to Guest Experience volunteer teams (Greeters, Host, Parking, Programs, etc.).
• Administrative duties as assigned.

Reports to: Willow Street Campus Pastor

Hours Commitment: Full-time hours (40-45 hours/week) with regular weekend responsibilities.

Objective: To create a culture where a world-class Guest Experience is priority through leading and developing leaders and volunteer teams to increased effectiveness to introduce more and more people to Jesus and help them fully follow him.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with location-specific responsibilities as designed by the Campus Pastor.

Lead And Give Oversight To Guest Experience Volunteer Teams

• Greeters, Host teams, Parking, Communion, Programs, Cleaning teams, etc.
• Office and Administration team
• Special Events teams

Required Skills

• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in handling office and volunteer matters.

Be a Good Steward Of Time

• Hours per week include Weekend Gatherings
• Be a part of the local team and necessary meetings.
• Attend Central Meetings, Guest Experience meetings, and others as scheduled.

Evaluation

The Willow Street Guest Experience Director will meet regularly with the Willow Street Campus Pastor for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
