Job summary

Nordic is seeking an experienced support professional to ensure the integrity and stability of EHR applications for complex Nordic customers. You will perform expert troubleshooting, analyze requests, and translate needs into detailed specifications.

You will manage multiple clients, document incidents, lead system upgrades, and mentor teammates under the guidance of Team Lead and Senior Application Advisor. This role requires strong communication and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, required.
• Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient with moderate understanding of functionality within that application.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic's customers.
• Analyze system requests, translate needs into detailed specifications, and perform build and testing.
• Lead system upgrades and testing; document incidents and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in ticketing systems and manage multiple clients effectively.
