Sysco Iowa, Inc. is seeking a Finance Associate to support OpCo operations alongside Sysco Business Services. The role involves handling deposits, processing will call transactions, scanning documents, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will work with finance peers to resolve exceptions and support accurate financial records. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and 2+ years in finance/administration, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years of finance/administration experience focused on document flow and transactional processing (deposit processing preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write routine reports and speak before groups.

Responsabilités

• Process deposits of cash and payments received at the OpCo.
• Scan remittances and attach supporting documents to files.
• Manage petty cash and replenish as needed.
• Handle will call transactions including employee purchases.
• Scan invoices and file packets; report issues to SBS processing teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance documentation is maintained (e.g., USDA, food safety).
