Job summary

You will handle local payments, deposits, petty cash, will call transactions, and document scanning to ensure accurate financial records. Responsibilities include processing deposits, scanning invoices, reporting quality issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting supplier credits through close work with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Experience in finance/administration and document flow is preferred.
• Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform deposits of cash and payments handled by the OpCo.
• Scan and back up support for checks, remittances, and documents.
• Manage petty cash and replenishments.
• Process will call transactions and employee purchases as needed.
• Scan invoices and receive packets at the OpCo.
• Report issues to SBS processing teams and ensure quality control.
