Job summary

Codale Electric Supply in Salt Lake City is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick, pack, and prepare shipments, receive goods, and keep the workplace organized to support fast, reliable service. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, update inventory in our ERP system, liaise with receiving, shipping and inventory teams, and help maintain safety and efficiency.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with receiving software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outbound shipments.
• Shipping coordination: Process labels and documents for shipments.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory in the system and store items properly.
• Documentation: Complete logs and paperwork for inventory tracking.
• Equipment Use: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Coordination: Support receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control."
• Stock Organization: Keep receiving area clean and hazard-free.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate replacements or credits.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.
