Codale Electric Supply in Salt Lake City is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pick, pack and prepare shipments, maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, at our Salt Lake City, UT location. Codale offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the Sonepar USA family.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare outings shipments specific to each customer order, ensuring accuracy and standards.
• Process shipping labels and documents while prepping products in staging areas.
• Check incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Update inventory systems with received items and proper labeling.
• Complete receiving logs and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow.
• Organize the receiving area and keep it hazard-free.
• Process returned items or defective goods and coordinate replacements or credits.
