Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Houston, TX is seeking a Will Call Associate to join our warehouse team. You will deliver friendly, efficient service to customers, maintain clean and organized areas, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, physical ability to lift 25 lbs, and willingness to be certified on equipment. Strong computer skills and RF familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Some warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be willing to interact with customers.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Must be willing to be certified on warehouse equipment.
• Good computer skills.
• RF experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner
• Ensure area is clean and neat
• Clear out all tickets older than 5 days old
• Maintain appearance, stock, and pricing on bargain rack
• Remove items from bargain rack after 30 days
• Responsible for customer traffic in warehouse
• Ensure all customer service requirements are met, such as Quick Service, Professional Image and Respectful Communication
• Make sure all returns are handled according to company policy
• Ensure all cash transactions are handled correctly
