Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Houston, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to support customer service, stocking, pricing, and ticket management in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining clean work areas, assisting customers, handling returns per policy, and supporting accurate cash handling. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Some warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be willing to interact with customers.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Must be willing to be certified on warehouse equipment.
• Long and varied hours required occasionally.
• Ability to work mandatory physical inventory.
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environment.
• Ability to work in dusty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner
• Ensure area is clean and neat
• Clear out all tickets older than 5 days old
• Maintain appearance, stock, and pricing on bargain rack
• Remove items from bargain rack after 30 days
• Responsible for customer traffic in warehouse
• Ensure all customer service requirements are met, such as Quick Service, Professional Image and Respectful Communication
• Make sure all returns are handled according to company policy
• Ensure all cash transactions are handled correctly
