Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Houston, TX is hiring a Will Call Associate to support customer service in the warehouse. You will interact with customers, maintain stock and pricing, and ensure efficient ticket resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment or distribution center.
• Comfort interfacing with customers in person or over the phone.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to obtain certification for warehouse equipment.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and inventory systems.
• RF experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Clear out all tickets older than 5 days.
• Maintain appearance, stock, and pricing on bargain rack.
• Remove items from bargain rack after 30 days.
• Manage customer traffic in the warehouse.
• Ensure return handling aligns with company policy.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
