Critter Control Operations, part of the Rollins family, is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician. This hands-on role covers residential and commercial properties, identifying entry points, performing exclusions, repairs, and humane wildlife removal while adhering to safety and quality standards.

You'll inspect roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and more, install barriers, and document work for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties.
• Identify entry points and complete structural repairs.
• Install exclusion materials and barriers to prevent wildlife access.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
