Critter Control Operations, a Rollins brand, is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician. You will perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties, identifying entry points and implementing humane prevention measures.

This role requires field work across locations, including roofs and crawlspaces, with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within Rollins' family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsabilités

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials to prevent wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods per company standards.
• Maintain documentation of services and materials used.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a smooth experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
