Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial sites. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and apply humane wildlife prevention methods.

Ideal candidates have construction or related trades experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in the field independently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and other barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain documentation of services performed and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
