Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to join our field team. You will identify entry points, install exclusion barriers, and perform repairs on residential and commercial properties while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires construction experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. We offer competitive pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install exclusion materials and complete minor repairs to structures.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation methods.
• Document services, report to customers and review scopes of work.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a smooth experience.
• Follow safety, technical, and quality guidelines in all tasks.
