Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention measures while following safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires experience in construction-related trades, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections of properties to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials like screens and vent covers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and related areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and materials used for customers.
• Provide detailed reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and recommendations.
