Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in forestry, fuels mitigation, vegetation management, or wildland fire operations
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under company policy
• NWCG ENGB/CRWB, ICT5, and RXB3 or equivalent certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of Fire Modules and field operations
• Recruitment and retention of Fire Modules and onboarding of personnel
• Coordinate training and ensure BurnBot standards are followed
• Manage operational reporting (Production, Safety, Equipment, Labor, Budget)
• Serve as project manager/POC or Burn Boss for field projects
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
• Support module mobilizations and field deployments
• Develop scope documents, maps, and schedules
